绝经后脑梗死患者雌激素水平与超敏C反应蛋白和胱抑素C及血同型半胱氨酸的相关性

摘要:
目的 探讨绝经后妇女脑梗死患者雌性激素与超敏C反应蚤白、胱抑素C及血同型半胱氨酸的相关性研究。方法 选取我院2017年02月〜2018年02月收治的90例绝经1年以上的女性患者和40例同期在我院体检女性 健康体检者作为研究对象,按有无脑梗死(发病72 h以内)分为脑梗死组90例和对照组40例。分别测定脑梗死组及对 照组的血清雌二醇(E2)、孕激素(P)、促卵泡雌激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、孕酮(T);同时测定了血浆总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蚤白、低密度脂蛋白、超敏C反应蛋白、胱抑素C、血同型半胱氨酸,分析雌激素水平与超敏C反应蛋 白、胱抑素C、血同型半胱氨酸的相关性。结果 脑梗死组E2、高密度脂蚤白水平低于对照组,而血浆总胆固醇、甘油三 酯、低密度脂蚤白、超敏C反应蛋白、胱抑素C、血同型半胱氨酸水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。线性相关分析显示,E2与血浆总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、超敏C反应蛋白、胱抑素C、血同型半胱氨酸水平呈显著负相关,而与高密度脂蛋白水平呈显著正相关。结论 绝经后妇女脑梗死患者存在着严重的性激素失调、脂代谢异常 及炎性相关反应,可能为绝经后妇女脑梗死发病的原因之一。

Correlation between estrogen levels and Hypersensitive C-reactive protein, cystatin C, and blood homocysteine in postmenopausal patients with cerebral infarction

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the relationship between sex hormones and high sensitivity C reactive protein, cystatin C and homocysteine in postmenopausal women with cerebral infarction. Methods We selected 90 female patients admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018, and 40 women in physical examination at the same time were divided into cerebral infarction group and control group. Serum estradiol (E2) , progesterone (P) , follicle stimula ting hormone (FSH) , luteinizing hormone (LH) and progesterone (T) were measured in the cerebral infarction group and the control group, respectively. Correlation of blood homocysteine and cholesterol? triglycerides? high density lipo protein, low density lipoprotein, high sensitivity C reactive protein, cystatin C, blood homocysteine, analysis of estrogen, levels and high sensitivity C reactive protein and cystatin C were analyzed. Results E2 and high density lipoprotein levels in the cerebral infarction group were lower than those in the control group. The plasma total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein, high sensitivity C reactive protein, cystatin C, and blood homocysteine levels in the cerebral infarction group were higher than that in the control. The difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). Linear correlation analysis showed that E2 was significantly negatively correlated with plasma total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein, high sensitivity C reactive protein, cystatin C, and blood homocysteine levels? but E2 was signif icantly positively correlated with high density lipoprotein levels. Conclusion In postmenopausal women with cerebral infarction? there are serious sex hormone disorders? lipid metabolism abnormalities and inflammatory related reactions, which may be one of the causes of cerebral infarction
