胸外按压质量的相关影响因素及发展趋势

摘要:
胸外心脏按压是心肺复苏术的核心技术,近年来多国心肺复苏指南均强调高质量胸外心脏按压的重要性。目前大量研究证实,除实施足够的按压深度、频率、减少按压中断时间、保持胸廓充分回弹等必要条件之外,按压者自身因素、患者胸廓结构力学特性及胸外心脏按压的动力学特点均可对胸外心脏按压质量产生显著影响,在按压过程中关注以上因素的影响,实施个性化按压方案,可提高胸外心脏按压质量。本文对以上研究领域的研究成果和未来胸外心脏按压的发展趋势作一述评。

The improvement of the chest compression quality

Abstract:
Chest compression is the cornerstone of cardiopulmonary resuscitation. In recent years, cardiopulmonary resuscitation guidelines have highlighted the importance of highquality chest compression. A large number of studies have confirmed that in addition to the adequate compression depth, rate, reduction of the compression interruption, and adequate recoil, the structural mechanical properties of the thoracic cage, and the dynamic characteristics of the chest compression also have a significant impact on the compression quality. Paying attention to the effects of the above factors during the chest compression and perform the personalized compression protocol can improve the quality of the chest compression. This review provided a brief summary and comment on the improvement of above research fields and the future prospective.
