S-腺苷蛋氨酸不良反应的系统评价

摘要:
【摘要】 目的 探讨S腺苷蛋氨酸(SAM)不良反应的规律和特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法 检索Pubmed、Elsevier、中国知网、维普、万方数据库自建库至2017年收载的SAM致不良反应,对患者年龄、性别及用药剂量,不良反应发生时间等进行统计分析评价。结果 SAM致不良反应中青年人多于老年患者,男性患者多于女性。不良反应涉及多个系统,但以心血管系统、皮肤及附属器、呼吸系统为主,严重程度为一般病例多于严重病例,且尚未被说明书记载。上述不良反应发生时间范围较广。结论 SAM致药品不良反应(ADR)分布广泛,中青年男性可能好发,虽严重程度多为一般,但新的ADR占比较大,且用药过程中均可发生,临床在用药过程中应重视其发生特点,保证用药安全。

Abstract:
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the regularity and characteristics of adverse drug reactions by SAdemetionine (SAM ) and provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods The report of adverse drug reactions by SAM in PubMed, Elsevier, CNKI, weipu and wanfang database from establishing to 2017 were investigated. The age, gender, dosage and time of adverse reactions occurring were analyzed. Results The majority of adverse drug reactions by SAM were in the young, middleaged, and the male, rather than the old. The adverse drug reactions occurred in multiple systems, especially in the cardiovascular system, the skin and respiratory system. The account of standard case was more than the serious. Mass of them had not been documented. The span of occurring time was wide. Conclusion The ADR caused by SAM are widely distributed in young and middleaged men, although the severity of ADR are generally common. The proportion of new ADR is large. It can occur at any time in the course of medication. It should pay more attention to its occurrence characteristics, to ensure the drug use safety.
