乳腺癌术后化疗联合槐耳颗粒的疗效及对部分标志因子的影响

摘要:
【摘要】 目的 采用不同方案治疗乳腺癌术后患者,观察槐耳颗粒在乳腺癌术后化疗中的临床疗效及对环氧化酶2(COX2)、胰腺癌相关抗原(CA199)、癌胚抗原(CEA)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的影响。方法 选取2013年12月~2016年12月收治的96例乳腺癌根治术术后患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组及实验组,每组48例。对照组在接受常规治疗的基础上给予FEC方(氟尿嘧啶、表柔比星、环磷酰胺)治疗,实验组在对照组治的基础上加用槐耳颗粒治疗。比较两组临床疗效,观察不良反应发生率,观察血液COX2、CA199、CEA和VEGF水平变化。结果 治疗后,实验组有效率(6250%)显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<005)。两组不良反应发生率比较:实验组骨髓抑制(6042%)、胃肠道反应(1250%)及肝功能异常(208%)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<005)。两组血清COX2、CA199、CEA和VEGF水平分析比较,治疗后,均有所下调,且实验组下调水平显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<005)。结论 槐耳颗粒联合化疗治疗乳腺癌术后患者的临床疗效肯定,能够降低血清COX2、CA199、CEA和VEGF水平,降低化疗期间不良反应发生率。

Effect of postoperative chemotherapy combined with Huaier granule on breast cancer and its effect on some markers

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Huaier granule in postoperative chemotherapy of breast cancer and to treat cyclooxygenase 2 (COX2), pancreatic cancer related antigen (CA199), Carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). Methods 96 patients with radical mastectomy from December 2013 to December 2016 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with FEC (fluorouracil, epirubicin, cyclophosphamide) on the basis of routine treatment. The experimental group was treated with Huaier granules based on the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions was observed and the levels of serum COX2, CA199, CEA and VEGF were observed. Results After treatment, the effective rate (6250%) in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<005). The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group (6042%), gastrointestinal reaction (1250%) and abnormal liver function (208%), the difference was statistically significant (P<005). Compared with the control group, the levels of COX2, CA199, CEA and VEGF in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<005). Conclusion Huaier granule combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of breast cancer patients with clinical efficacy, can reduce serum levels of COX2, CA199, CEA and VEGF, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions during chemotherapy.
