摘要:
【摘要】交叉性小脑神经机能联系不能是局灶性幕上损伤后对侧小脑半球血流量和代谢等降低的一种继发性现象,临床表现为与原发病灶不符的定位体征。随着近年来新的影像成像技术的应用,该现象的研究层次逐渐深入。本文综述多种影像学成像方法在交叉性小脑机能联系不能诊断中的临床应用进展。

Clinical application and progress of cross crebellar diaschisis based on the multimodal imaging

Abstract:
【Abstract】 Crossed cerebellar diaschisis (CCD) was manifested as decreased brain perfusion and decreased metabolism in the cerebellar hemisphere contralateral to a supratentorial lesion. The clinical features of CCD were not consistent with the primary lesion. With the widely reported of CCD in recent years, the present article will review the clinical application and progress including DSC MRI/ASL/CTP and so on.
