小檗碱调控炎症的研究进展

摘要:
小檗碱(Berberine),又称为黄连素,是一种从毛茛科植物黄连中提取的异喹啉生物碱。在黄连素及其衍生物中,小檗碱应用最广,是黄连活性成份中最有价值的单体。近年国内外发表了大量小檗碱与糖尿病、癌症、心血管疾病、高脂血症、高血压、腹泻、炎症等有关文献。炎症是由一组蛋白复合体围绕几种蛋白质(LRP3、NLRC4,AIM2与NLRP6),识别病原相关分子模式(PAMPs)和损伤相关分子模式(DAMPs),通过机械应力和释放损伤信号诱导分泌强效的促炎症细胞因子而引起细胞死亡。在越来越多的动物模型实验及其他试验系统中都发现小檗碱有较强的抗炎、镇痛、解热的作用。本文就近年来小檗碱调控炎症的研究进展做一综述。

Abstract:
Berberine is extracted from a Ranunculaceae Coptis,which is a isoquinoline alkaloid. In Coptis and its derivatives, the most widely used is the monomer of berberine,the most valuable active ingredients in Rhizoma Coptidis. In recent years, both at home and abroad published a large number of berberine and diabetes, cancer,Cardiovascular disease,hyperlipidemia,hypertension,inflammation, and other related literature.. Inflammations a group of protein complexes surrounded several proteins (eg:LRP3, NLRC4, AIM2 and NLRP6) the recognize of pathogen associated molecular patterns (PAMPs) and damage associated molecular patterns (DAMPs).The disease according to the mechanical stress and release the damage signal induced secretion of potent proinflammatory cytokines cause the cell death. More and more animal model experments and other test system show that berberine has strong antiinflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic effect. This paper makes a review of recent progress in the regulation of berberine in inflammatory diseases.
