血清25羟维生素D3与IgE联合FeNO检测对咳嗽变异性哮喘的预后评价

摘要:
【摘要】 目的 探讨血清25羟维生素D3(25OHD3)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)联合呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)检测在咳嗽变异性哮喘预后评价中的作用。方法〓选取2015年10月~2017年3月在我院接受治疗的咳嗽变异性哮喘68例作为观察组,同期选择35例在我院进行体检的健康者为对照组。检测两组血清25OHD3、IgE及FeNO水平;根据观察组病情程度将其分为重、中、轻度组,比较3组治疗前后血清25OHD3、IgE及FeNO水平;对观察组进行4周随访,根据其咳嗽的程度判定其预后,将其分为预后良好组与预后不良组,比较两组血清25OHD3、IgE及FeNO水平。结果〓观察组血清25OHD3水平显著低于对照组(P<005),血清IgE、FeNO水平均显著高于对照组(P<005);重度组患者血清25OHD3水平显著低于中、轻度组患者(P<005),血清IgE、FeNO水平显著较高(P<005);且中度组患者血清25OHD3水平显著低于轻度组,血清IgE、FeNO水平高于轻度组(P<005);预后良好组血清25OHD3水平明显高于预后不良组,血清IgE、FeNO水平明显低于预后不良组(P<005)。结论〓联合检测血清25OHD3、IgE以及FeNO水平浓度,对咳嗽变异性哮喘患者预后评价具有重要的临床意义。

Abstract:
【Abstract】 Objective to study the application of serum 25OHD3, IgE and FeNO joint detection in cough variant asthma of prognostic evaluation. Methods〓68 patients with coughvariant asthma received therapy from October 2015 to March 2017 were selected as the observation group. 35 healthy patients in our hospital were selected as the control group during the same period. Serum 25oh D3, IgE and FeNO levels were detected in both groups. According to the severity of the observation group, the patients were divided into heavy, medium and mild groups, and the serum 25oh D3, IgE and FeNO levels were compared before and after treatment in the three groups. The observation group was followed up for 4 weeks, and the prognosis was determined according to the extent of its cough. It was divided into a good prognosis group and the poor prognosis group, and compared the levels of 25 OH D3, IgE and FeNO in the two groups.Results The serum levels of 25oh D3 were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the serum IgE and FeNO levels were significantly higher than the control group(P< 005). The serum 25ohd3 levels in the severe group were significantly lower than those in the moderate or mild group, The serum IgE and FeNO levels were significantly higher[(36445±6364) IU/ml vs (P< 005). Moderate patients serum 25 OH D3 level was significantly lower than mild group, serum IgE, FeNO level higher than in mild group(P< 005); Good prognosis group significantly higher than the level of serum 25 OH D3 poor prognosis group, serum IgE, FeNO level was lower than that in group prognosis(P< 005). Conclusion〓The combination of serum 25oh D3, IgE and FeNO levels is of great clinical significance for prognosis evaluation of patients with coughvariant asthma.
