甲状腺功能减退对血尿酸及糖脂代谢的影响

摘要:
【摘要】 目的 探讨甲状腺功能减退(甲减)对患者血尿酸及糖脂代谢水平的影响。方法〓选取2013年1月~2016年12月在我院门诊确诊的甲状腺功能减退症患者(A组)28例、亚临床甲状腺功能减退症患者(B组)45例、同期我院体检的甲状腺功能健康人群(C组)50例。分别检测A、B、C 3组的甲状腺功能、甲状腺相关抗体、血尿酸(SUA)、血糖(FBG)、血脂、血β2微球蛋白水平。结果〓随着甲减程度的加重,SUA及甘油三酯(TG)水平升高,差异有统计学意义(P<005);甲状腺相关抗体阳性人群,SUA、TG及FBG明显高于抗体阴性人群(P<005);SUA及TG与促甲状腺激素具有明显相关性(r=0428,P<0001;r=0346,p=0007),多元Logistic逐步回归分析显示血尿酸是甲状腺功能减退的危险因素。结论〓甲状腺功能减退易导致患者SUA、TG及FBG发生异常,尤其是甲状腺相关抗体阳性人群,增加代谢性疾病发生风险,应高度重视。

Abstract:
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of hypothyroidism on serum uric acid and glucolipid metabolism in patients. Methods〓The thyroid function, thyroidassociated antibody, serum uric acid (SUA), blood glucose (FBG), blood lipids and serum β2 MG of 50 normal thyroid function persons, 45 patients with subclinical hypothyroidism and 28 patients with primary hypothyroidism were detected respectively. Rseults〓With the aggravation of the degree of hypothyroidism, the level of SUA and triglyceride (TG) increased, the difference was statistically significant (P<005). The SUA, TG and FBG were significantly higher than those of antibody negative antibody in thyroidassociated antibodies (P<005). SUA and TG were significantly correlated with thyroid stimulating hormone (r=0428,P<0001;r=0346,p=0007). Multivariate Logistic stepwise regression analysis showed that uric acid was a risk factor for hypothyroidism.Conclusion〓Hypothyroidism can lead to abnormalities in SUA, TG and FBG, especially in patients with thyroidassociated antibody positive, increase the risk of metabolic disease, should attach great attention.
