辛伐他汀联合氨氯地平对高血压患者血压与颈动脉硬化及左心室结构的影响

摘要:
目的 探讨辛伐他汀联合氨氯地平对高血压患者血压、颈动脉硬化及左心室结构的影响。方法 选取我院2015年3月~2016年11月收治的106例高血压患者,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予氨氯地平治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合辛伐他汀治疗,治疗8周之后,比较两组患者血压、血脂、颈动脉硬化及左心室结构的变化。结果 观察组总有效率为94.34%,显著高于对照组的84.90%(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后SBP及DBP水平均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组的SBP及DBP水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后TC、TG及LDL-C水平均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),HDL-C水平则较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),且观察组TC、TG及LDL-C水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),HDL-C水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)及斑块面积均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组更低(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后IVST、LVPWT及LVDd水平均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组患者这3项较对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论 辛伐他汀联合氨氯地平可以降低高血压患者血压及血脂水平,减少动脉粥样硬化的发生风险,逆转左心室肥厚,可在临床推广应用。

Effects of simvastatin combined with amlodipine on blood pressure, carotid arteriosclerosis and left ventricular structure in hypertensive patients

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effects of simvastatin combined with amlodipine on blood pressure, carotid atherosclerosis and left ventricular structure in patients with essential hypertension.Methods 106 hypertensive patients admitted in our hospital from March 2015 to November 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with amlodipine and the observation group was treated with simvastatin on the control group. After 8 weeks of treatment, the changes of blood pressure, blood lipid, carotid atherosclerosis and left ventricular structure were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in observation group (9434%) was higher than that in control group (84.90%) (P<0.05).The levels of SBP and DBP in each group before treatment were significantly lower that after the treatment (P<0.05). The levels of SBP and DBP in observation group were significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05). After the treatment, the levels of TC, TG and LDL-C were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05). The level of HDL-C were significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05). Meanwhile, the levels of TC, TG and LDLC in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The level of HDL-C in the observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05). After the treatment, IMT and the plaque area in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05), IMT and the plaque area in observation group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). The levels of IVST, LVPWT and LVDd in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Simvastatin combined with amlodipine can downregulate the blood pressure and blood lipid level in patients with hypertension, reduce the risk of atherosclerosis and reverse the left ventricular hypertrophy.
